learning courses and more I leave here my comment to one post on his blog Alfonso Alcántara Yoriento. Precisely that is called as the same entry:
"It is called education ... so many things that ultimately detracts a bit of everything. It is true that learning can be generated in a thousand places with or without a computer, alone or in company, because, fortunately, what defines us is change and continuous learning.
However, to provide content can cause learning or not. The ABC, or CBT (computer based training) I was talking about Alberto and other means of self be limited to access to information systems that in themselves do not guarantee the creation of learning.
However, systems that integrate the personal interaction as an essential part of the learning process and not only the interaction with the content they have more assurance that they really learn something.
From my point of view, with some experience in education and technology, the basic requirements to truly learn in an online course are:
-That the course has an intent: Education is an act planned, structured to obtain a purpose: learning. As if it were a trip ... to where you expect to get if you know what your destiny?. Although it seems a solemn nonsense ... pedagogical planning is important, especially after we assess whether the course really helped us and if we learned.
"That suits the reality of who makes the course: learn what interests us, what we find useful and what we can understand. If you do not find interest or use in a course, simply abandon it .. not worth spending time.

-Knowledge does not take place, but it takes time: the formula of good, nice and free .. of effortless some intuitive knowledge and learn .. work and are not lying. Only learn when challenges arise when you have to think, to make and share .. nobody can learn for you.

-Technology is a learning tool, not an end in itself: Do not learn more in an online course in a classroom or on the contrary, it depends on context, depends on your motivation, your work, the guidance of guardian, the relationship with other partners ... "Kepa

Sonia Thanks and congratulations on your Blog. Your statements seem to me honest and well prepared. The training is not a field not easy since neither the state is unclear how the issue, how to learn, what is "taught" and so on.
As I find very interesting, I will comment on your comments one by one:
1. Intention that the course has ... It is true that students may not know what the objective of the course. When someone goes to learn how to count yet can not know what it is or to serve much to explain. Until we learn addition can not imagine what is added or to which it serves. But you might want to learn how to count but do not know what it is. On the other hand, the teacher or organizer of the course does have to set goals for the course, for example, that at the end course, students will be able to add any two numbers.
2. That fits the reality of who makes the course ... Well, that rather it has to decide the student to take the course right? I mean, it's hard to know what the reality of each student, sometimes the course they want to someone has nothing to do with its apparent current reality, but it has to do with the intention of life-changing reality.
3. Knowledge does not take place, but it takes time ... I say that knowledge has a place in time, ie that knowing "takes" an occupation requires a dedication. In psychoanalysis is said that "time does not exist, it is built" and I in my experience as a teacher I see almost daily. I see more students enrolled in courses that do are more activities which are longer, and how students activities and subjects left to devote more time to other, are the less time they have at the end. This is the wrong way of conceiving of time.
4. Technology is a learning tool, not an end in itself ... This should have it clear to training managers of large companies, who always paid more attention to the means available for the course on how you orient the course, or what method you will follow or will you make to follow the teacher assign the course. Moreover, it is normal that this happens to them, because very few professionals have adequate criteria to assess these aspects of a course.
I hope I have contributed a bit to enhance your blog and we continue visiting each other.
Best regards, Kepa
